A lila (dardba) is like all sacred rituals: a spiritual music and a therapy for the soul. It includes charity and offerings, and the praise of God. It’s divided into seven Mhellat and seven colors, each color expressing a meaning from the universe, and each Mhella performed with its own songs and unique way.
